Daniel began his career in 2014 as a trainee at PTL before moving to Hili Ventures – Premier Capital’s parent company – in 2020, where he worked on project management and systems development. His collaborative approach has played a key role in delivering IT solutions that boost efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making. Passionate about using technology to connect people, simplify work, and make a lasting impact, Daniel brings both technical expertise and a people-first mindset to everything he does.

Jorge joined Premier Capital in 2023 and leads the Business Intelligence (BI) function for the group – enabling more structured, scalable approaches to data and reporting across six European markets. By aligning BI tools with real-world requirements, he helps support more informed decision-making at every level. Iulian has been part of Premier Restaurants Romania since 2009, working behind-the-scenes to keep our restaurants running at their best. He supports day-to-day operations and contributes to larger development projects with care and consistency. In 2025, Iulian was selected for the President’s Award, a global recognition reserved for the top 1% of McDonald’s corporate, segment, and market employees. His dedication stood out through his work on seven new restaurant openings and five re-openings, where he helped coordinate third-party contractors and ensured everything was delivered to standard and on time.
