Hunedoara welcomes its first McDonald’s® Drive-Thru restaurant

On December 18, 2024, Premier Restaurants Romania opened its first McDonald’s Drive-Thru in Hunedoara, located at the Cometex Retail Park on Bulevardul Traian. This €1.6 million investment introduces a modern, 400-square-metre space designed to provide a seamless dining experience.

The new Drive-Thru accommodates 98 guests indoors and 64 on the terrace, with six self-ordering kiosks, digital menu boards, and contactless payment options ensuring quick and easy ordering, both inside and at the Drive-Thru.

Guests can also enjoy McDelivery® service with a dedicated pickup area, as well as the McCafé® for a selection of coffee and desserts. Customers can also access the McDonald’s app which allows them to earn loyalty points, access exclusive offers, and use the Mobile Order & Pay feature to order ahead.

In line with McDonald’s sustainability efforts, the Hunedoara restaurant is equipped with two electric vehicle charging stations, photovoltaic panels, and selective waste collection.

The restaurant is open daily from 07:00 to 00:00, with the Drive-Thru operating 24/7.
