Tuesday 6th May 2025

Premier Capital has posted its results for the year ending December 31, 2024. Total revenue reached €715 million as the Group continued its upward trajectory.
Growth driven by network expansion
In 2024, Premier Capital’s operations were supported by a team of over 11,000 people and a growing network of restaurants across Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Romania. During the year, the Group served over 90 million customers, equivalent to more than the entire population of Germany (which is approximately 83 million people), surpassing previous records.
This increase in guest counts was primarily driven by the opening of 11 new locations: seven in Romania, three in Greece, and one in Lithuania with the total number of McDonald’s restaurants operated by Premier Capital reaching 193 by year-end.
Revenue growth was recorded in all six markets. Romania led with a 15% increase year-on-year, followed by Malta at 7.7%, and Latvia at 7.2%. Romania remained the Group’s largest contributor, generating 56% of total revenue, followed by Greece (15%) and Lithuania (9%).
Investment in infrastructure, technology, sustainability, and people
The Group maintained its focus on network development with over €39 million in capital expenditure allocated in 2024. This investment supported both the opening of new restaurants and the refurbishment of existing ones, allowing for the rollout of newer customer-facing innovations and improved operational infrastructure.
A key part of this investment was directed towards environmental performance, including the implementation of renewable energy solutions and energy-efficient equipment across multiple locations.
Premier Capital also continued its focus on attracting and retaining talent, offering competitive wages, professional development programmes, and a strong employee well-being framework to its workforce of 11,000+ employees.
Company outlook
Premier Capital remains focused on further expanding its network, strengthening operational capabilities, and continuing to invest in its people and infrastructure with 11 new restaurants planned in 2025.
